Due to the bumpy conditions the following are requirements for participation:
- Minimum age to participate is 7yrs.
- Must be in good overall health with no pre-existing medical conditions, in particular no head, neck or back injuries allowed.
- Must not be pregnant, frail, or elderly.
- Must sign a liability waiver.

What you should know:
Please dress in warm layers. It’s always colder on the water. On a calm day you may stay totally dry but in windy conditions we will take spray over the side. Be prepared for the possibility of getting a wet.
